Seremban: Year 2021 has marked a new achievement when Negeri Roadstone Sdn. Bhd. (NRSB) recorded the highest dividend submission compared to year 2020. NRSB is a subsidiary of the state government under Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri, Negeri Sembilan (PKNNS) with an 80% shareholding. The dividend presentation was held on 8 August 2022, by YAB Dato’ Seri Aminuddin Bin Harun, the Chief Minister of Negeri Sembilan at his official residence.
NRSB has recorded another story when successfully earned an income of RM 103.21 million in the year 2021. This increament recorded a total increase of 28% compared to last year which recorded an income value of RM 81 million.
The state government through it’s shareholding in PKNNS has received of dividend of RM 2.8 million at the same time recording the state government’s highest dividend acceptance rate this year.
NRSB is committed to continuing to maintain this achievement for the coming years to respond to the wishes and hopes of the state government to develop expertise in road infrastructure development, quarry production and related industries. As an old Malay proverb says, “kalau tidak ruyung manakan dapat sagunya”.
